Vladislav specializes in international law, English commercial law, tax consulting, legal support for international transactions, and the regulation of digital assets (MiCA).

Vladislav has deep expertise in structuring international businesses, investment deals, as well as tax and regulatory compliance.

Vladislav's experience includes supporting international projects with leading companies in IT, fintech, and investments, as well as with international marketplaces and technology startups. He provided legal support for IT projects, analyzed contracts with payment systems (PayPal, Coinbase, American Express), developed privacy policies (GDPR), and managed intellectual property issues in compliance with DMCA.

Before joining the FUTURA Legal team, Vladislav worked at EY (Big4), where he advised on the taxation of digital assets and structuring international deals for over 30 major companies, including Bosch, Coca-Cola, Mitsubishi, and Nielsen.
