Valeria’s experience covers issues related to obtaining crypto licenses and other permits from regulators, establishing communication with government authorities, conducting numerous due diligence assessments concerning intellectual property and personal data, participating in international transactions involving the transfer of intellectual property and related assets, content distribution, preparing strategies and documents on personal data processing and protection, as well as drafting consultations and memorandums on complex and unconventional topics (hardware localization, personal data localization, preparing Transfer Impact Assessments under GDPR, parallel imports, importing non-standard goods, online advertising, etc.).
Before joining the FUTURA team, Valeria worked at the American law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where she advised several leading global brands, including in the fields of media, entertainment, technology, healthcare, and energy.
