Sergey specializes in legal support for businesses in the UAE and other GCC jurisdictions, including business structuring, market entry strategies, company formation and liquidation, regulatory compliance, and tax advisory.

He advises major Russian and international companies, investment funds, and private clients on doing business in the UAE and other foreign jurisdictions.

Sergey has over 10 years of experience in international consulting, including with a Big4 company.

Sergey has worked with companies from both high-tech industries (IT, GameDev) and traditional sectors of the economy (manufacturing, FMCG). His broad experience working with companies from various industries and deep business insight enable him to find optimal legal solutions tailored to the specifics of each company.

Sergey has extensive experience supporting international business, including developing and implementing corporate structures, establishing businesses in foreign jurisdictions, supporting and restructuring groups of companies, and international tax planning. His experience also includes creating joint ventures, supporting investment deals, mergers and acquisitions, conducting due diligence, and more.
