Anton Karpenko

Anton has over six years of experience advising clients in the telecommunications, media, and technology sectors on intellectual property and data protection regulations.

He has specialized expertise in designing complex contractual structures for international IT groups, facilitating the transfer, licensing, creation, and management of intellectual property across multiple countries and regions.

Anton provides legal support for the launch of major international media, gaming, and crypto services. This includes selecting the appropriate jurisdictions together with the client, developing a roadmap, and then supporting the process by preparing all the necessary documents for a successful worldwide launch.

Anton also assists clients with compliance regarding personal data laws: he develops a complete set of documents, including those related to GDPR regulations, and provides consulting on cross-border data transfer and responding to data security breaches.

Before joining the FUTURA Legal team, Anton worked at a major Russian law firm, where he advised international technology, gaming, and media companies.
