Alina specializes in supporting the launch of tech products and projects in international markets, including licensing, publishing, and investment transactions.

In IP/IT projects, her expertise includes comprehensive asset protection, developing strategies for intellectual property management, structuring international technology transfers, and contract analysis and drafting.

​

She has extensive experience in developing personal data protection strategies under Russian law and GDPR, including risk assessment, mitigation recommendations, and preparing the necessary compliance documentation.

Alina has over 10 years of experience in international consulting with the Big Four and other consulting firms, as well as experience as the head of the legal department of a fintech holding company with 18 legal entities.

She is a certified specialist in information security and GDPR (CIPP/E) and is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
