Alexey specializes in issues related to the regulation of crypto assets, developing optimal business models, minimizing risks in this field, ensuring compliance with privacy laws, and has experience supporting projects in the field of conversational and generative artificial intelligence.

Alexey’s experience includes supporting international crypto projects, including a large crypto holding consisting of 18 legal entities with a presence in all major crypto jurisdictions, as well as other clients providing services in the field of crypto assets.

Alexey has experience in analyzing, optimizing, and mitigating risks in ongoing personal data processing activities for both Russian and foreign clients, developing necessary policies and other documents, preparing memorandums and opinions on problematic issues, including cross-border data transfer and data localization.

Before joining the FUTURA Legal team, Alexey worked in legal consulting at iLegal, part of the iFree Group, which employs approximately 700 people and manages projects in Conversational AI, Fintech, Foodtech, Telecom, E-commerce, and GameDev.
